Police Athletic League 0

     Robbie Walton struck out 11 batters while giving up just 1 hit as Mt. Washington defeated PAL 5 – 0. Walton picked up his 6th win of the season with-out a defeat in the victory. Hitters for the Mounties were Walton, Mike McCarthy and Ryan Gurley. Bobby Lerro had the only hit for his team.

     Bobby Lerro pitched Pal to victory as they handed Mt. Washington only their second loss of the season 10-8. Leading the nine hit attack for PAL was Sean Provenzano with 3hits, Dennis Buckley 2 (double and a single), and one each from Bobby Lerro, Danny Lynch, Steve LeBlanc and Shawn Dargan. For Mt. Washington, Robbie Walton Had 3 hits, Chris Banks 2, Timmy Beggan and Craig Tilton.

     Chris McQueen pick-up his first Babe Ruth League win on the mound and Robbie Walton’s bases clearing triple in the last of the 6th inning pushed the Mounties past the Police Athletic League 8-5. Also hitting for Mt. Washington was rookie Craig Tilton with 3 hits (double and 2 single’s) and a triple from Michael Neff. On the other side Dennis Buckley had two double, Bobby Lerro a double, Shawn Dargan a double and singles from Steve LeBlanc and Mike O’Dwyer.

John Hart Club 2

     Kevin Marseille had 8 strikeouts and allowed just 4 hits as Gatey beat the Hart Club 15-2. Teddy Downs led the 16 hit attack for Gate of Heaven with 4 hits, to go along with Pat Sweeney 3, Derek McQueen 2, Mike Fleming 2, and one each from Kevin Marseille, Connor Nee, Brian Nelson, David Pollard and Tommy Brown. Hitting for the Hart club were, Josh Reddy 2, Sean Donovan and Andrian Pitre.

John Hart Club 2

     Pat Sweeney stuck-out 11 batters and gave up just 4 hits as Gate of Heaven defeated the Hart Club 6-2. Gatey received hits from Derek McQueen 2, Pat Sweeney, Kevin Marseille, Teddy Downs, Jeff Santana and Tommy Brown. For the Hart Club Billy Hussar had 2 hits to go along with one each from Anderson Santana and Peter Farrell.

     Mike Curran picked up the win as John Hart Club took the final game of the series 11-9. Curran also had 2 hits for the Hart Club along with hits from David Dias 2, Billy Hussar, Josh Reddy, Anderson Santana, Kevin Bartel and Bernie O’Donnell. Getting hits for Gatey were, Pat Sweeney 2, Kevin Marseille, Teddy Downs 2, Brian Nelson, Michael Fleming, Tommy Brown and Brian Defransico.
