2005 South Boston Pop Warner Registration

South Boston Pop Warner will be holding football registrations on Tuesday, July 12th and Thursday, July 14th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Pop Warner Field inside the blue equipment container. This will also be a paperwork collection for all players who registered already. Check your mail for your letter regarding outstanding paperwork and fees. We will require that all returning players resubmit their original birth certificates because we have joined a new Pop Warner Conference and the new conference will not accept the certified copies from our old Pop Warner Conference. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will be accepting all registrations for the 2005 season on a first come basis. After each team has reached its maximum 35 players, each additional child will be placed on a waiting list. Don't be left on the sidelines watching. This is the fourth registration this year and some of the teams are getting close to the maximum.

Listed below are the current weight restrictions by team:

Team A is for ages 11, 12, 13, and 14 with a weight of 95-150.  Team B is for ages 10,11, and 12 with a weight of 80-130. Team C is for ages 9, 10 and 11 with a weight of  70-115.  Team D is for ages 8, 9, and 10, with weight of 55-100, and Team E is for ages 7, 8 and 9 with a weight of 45-90.

If you have any questions, visit our website www.SBPW.com. Email inquiries to info@sbpw.com.

The following information is required to participant:

1) An original birth certificate.
2) Copy of the June 2005 report card (which can be submitted to Pop Warner after the completion of the school year).
3) A note or a copy of an exam from a doctor or physician's assistant that clears the player or cheerleader to compete in football or cheerleading. The note or the exam has to be dated after January 1, 2005.
4) Registration fee: $100.

We will not issue any football equipment until all paperwork and fees are submitted.
