Flynn’s doctors at Massachusetts General Hospital believe “he developed an irregular heart rhythm that led to a drop in blood pressure and loss of consciousness,” according to a statement from Frank Doyle, spokesman for the Flynn family. Early Thursday afternoon, an accident was reported on Flint Place in South Boston, the small, dead end street where Flynn lives. With exceedingly cold temperatures expected this weekend, the city of Boston is warning residents to stay indoors and take precautions against the cold. Temperatures in Boston could reach below zero, with the windchill factor bringing the temperature as low as -25 degrees Fahrenheit, according to current forecasts from the National Weather Service. Because of the anticipated temperature drop, a wind chill warning is in effect from 4 p.m. on Saturday until noon on Sunday. "After working out at the Boston Athletic Club for a couple of hours this morning, I drove home and while parking my car on my street, I got weak and completely passed out. Minutes later I woke up, but my car unfortunately had crashed into another house on my street," Flynn wrote in a statement. "Thank God nobody got hurt." The Linehan Club emphasized a strong passing game on the offensive end and a tight, disciplined zone defense. The team’s passing attack was led as usual by point guard, Alex Polena, spreading the ball around. Ryan Shields, Ryan McDonald and Pat Harmon scored four points while Tristin Pecivich contributed two.
