Perry School Shark shout out to student Patrick Corbitt who surely endured a sweaty evening while wearing a Clifford the Red Dog costume during our whole school book fair! (Shout outs also to all the sweat-free moms and staff members who helped make this enjoyable event a reality!) Perry School Shark shout out to teachers Michelle Woods and Doreen McCarthy for coordinating a very successful whole school science fair! (And a special shout out to all the Perry moms who spent part of their Mother’s Day helping put the finishing touches on their children’s fabulous projects! We’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the calendar next year!)
A big shout out to all the organizers, donors and attendees to the very successful Perry School Rocks fundraiser at the Seapoint on Saturday night. Thomas Park blew the roof off with their soulful ballads, edgy rock and timeless oldies while the more than 200 party-goers boogied the night away. Stuffed baskets overflowing with everything from sports collectibles to fine wines to hotel stays lined the room as the silent auction bids grew with each passing hour. Suffice it to say merry memories (and mucho mula) was made during the wildly successful event! Thank you South Boston and Dorchester friends!
The Perry School would like to give a shout out to Maddie Murphy in the third grade for showing kindness to a new K1 student during the Shark Squad before school fitness program, and to three fourth graders, Karianny Reyes-Aquino, Geovani Juliano, and Aneisya, for their hard work and academic progress over the past few weeks. Congrats to all our sharks!
